Election Dates

Special Election – May 4, 2021

For registered voters, you can come to the Clerk’s office in person before Monday, May 3, 2021 at 4:00 p.m. to request and vote an absent voter ballot. Otherwise, you can come to the Township Hall on Election Day to vote in-person. Polls are open from 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. You can also check the status of your Absentee Voter Application and Ballot by following this link: Voter Information


The Election Commission will meet Tuesday, April 13, 2021 at 8:30 a.m. at Whitefish Township Offices, 7052 N M123, Paradise, MI, 49768.

The Public Accuracy Test for the May 4, 2021 Special Election has been scheduled for Monday, April 26, 2021, at 9:00 a.m. at the Whitefish Township Community Center.

To receive an application to receive an Absentee Voter ballot for the upcoming elections, please fill out the form by clicking this link and mail it to:

When filling out the application, if you check the box to be added to the permanent absent voter list, you will get an application mailed to you before every election. Ballots are not automatically sent and must be requested.
